Today I came across something pretty interesting. The topic of stem-cell research is a hot-blooded issue with many people, none of which who seem to care about the female’s perspective of things. Men are too thrown into the world where they think they own everything, when it comes to the female body – however – the issue is much larger and females don’t seem to be at liberty to discuss it openly. This goes back to the Neanderthal times when women were supposed to obey and the men ruled the world. Well, to be honest, screw you if you think like that.

So where’s this coming from? I came across a website for Cryo-Cell Innovative Stem Cell Solutions and I have to say that I whole-heartedly 100% agree with their logic. It’s a very simple logic too, Cryo-Cell’s “Protect Baby, Protect Mom”. Umbilical cord blood stem cells are a 100% match for the child, and there’s also a 1 in 4 chance that your newborns cord is a match for siblings as well. Stem cells have been used in over 8000 transplants worldwide and has treated over 70 diseases. So while it’s still considered an experimental procedure, I really don’t understand why everyone looks down upon it? The government can spend billions of dollars on a war we’re not even supposed to be in but they can’t kick some money aside to help the future of our country? If a child dies due to something that’s easily fixable (found through this research) why is the mother just supposed to deal with the loss of a child knowing that it would have been 100% possible to change the outcome of the situation? Yes, an experiment is an experiement but if there are documented cases of this working – what’s to experiment?

Now, I don’t see myself having children – mainly because I can’t stand other peoples kids, why would I want my own? However, there are some people out there that were just made to be parents, so here’s something for you if you fit in that category. “Protect Baby, Protect Mom” Special Limited-Time Introductory Offer. If you’ve ever stored cord blood stem cells with any bank (privately or publicly), you can qualify for Cryo-Cell’s Returning Client Pricing. With their offer, you can receive two services for less than the price of one. It’s alot to read into, it’s a lot of money to be spent, but take the time to look through everything they have to offer, if you’re truly interested in protecting your children than this is the route to take.

While I hate the idea of a lawsuit, I know that sometimes they’re very important. A few years ago my a family member of mine went in for surgery on both of their ankles. She’d had trouble walking for many, many years and when things got to be too much to handle she decided to have something done about it. The surgeon was a little full of himself and instead of paying close attention to important details, he kind of went quick with it and managed to cut a nerve or two and did nothing to repair them. A lawsuit was filed when a nurse filled in my family member about what’d happened. There was a huge uproar in the surgical room in regards to this. He, being a jerk, really didn’t care and quickly sewed the nerves back together, the problem is now they don’t function properly and are causing a lot of problems.

A lawsuit was filed against him but since he was supposedly the top surgeon in the hospital, they were the ones responsible for flipping the bill. In order to protect a reputation they continued a long drawn out process of prolonging all of the paperwork and went through numerous other legal loopholes that they jumped through. By the time anything was brought to court, the doctor had no recolection of anything happening, this was a good four years after the fact, and the judge decided that nothing could be done. Nevermind the fact that someone is now incapable of walking due to his botch-job!

She wasn’t suing for millions of dollars, she wanted the cost of rehabilitation and medical bills to be covered, and possibly some pain and suffering thrown into that. It was only a $200,000 lawsuit, considering $140,000 went to medical bills I think asking for $60,000 for pain and suffering, from a multi-million dollar hospital is fairly reasonable. She knew that if she won the case she’d have to deal with a yearly payment as opposed to the full amount so she was looking into different corporations to help her to receive a Structured Settlement.

The point of Structured Settlements is to receive a lump sum of cash for your payments towards paying off credit cards and other bills, eliminating debt and reducing your medical bills. So if she were actually lucky enough to win the case, and not be robbed of her basic freedoms – such as the ability to walk – she could have easily fixed all of her money problems.

I hate law, I really do.

A design company that I used to work for is now depending upon Answering Services so they can outsource their support staff. The issue I have is the loss of a job but at the same time, I can understand their reasoning behind this. If you’re only paid for a 9-5, naturally after 5 rolls around SOMEONE needs to be able to answer the phone and up until recently they were dealing with phone calls at 2am to their personal cellphones. They being Administration. So the best option is to consider looking into an Answering Service that automatically picks up after 5pm. This is the way that HP and other companies do it, for those of us calling these services – we’re put at a loss because typically it’s very hard to understand “Kelly” because she was born, raised and is still living in a country where English is the THIRD language, let alone the second one. So while I believe it’s great to have support, I wonder why American’s are no longer willing to work past 5pm. Do you really have something so important going on with your life? If you’re single without children and insist that drinking at night is more important then you’re a waste to humanity anyway – but that’s just my take on it.

Have you ever heard of Computer Forensics? I find it to be the coolest thing! There are companies around the US that work with law enforcement to crack cases. If someone is doing something illegal like downloading child porn or harassing people, then it can all easily be tracked on the back end of your computer. You can run clean-out programs all you want but once a file has been on the hard drive it’s information stays there for life. I came across DataChasers, they specialize in this stuff and have a pretty impressive resume to back it up as far as case history is concerned. CEO’s and regular boring-old men have felt their wrath.

So I was reading more into what’s involved if you’re interested in going into the computer forensic field. I have to say that there isn’t a standard computer science degree in the world that would hold a candle to what this can accomplish. For many years I’ve wanted to have some involvement with criminal justice but I never saw the need to be a lawyer or an officer. It’s too time consuming for me, I like to be in the background. At the same time, however, I’ve always wanted to do something with computers and still make a difference. So what’s the option? Figure out how to get myself involved in computer forensics – heh.

I’m someone who can appreciate the status behind D&G Sunglasses. I’m also someone who enjoys getting them for rock-bottom prices too. The D&G’s that I own retail for about $1,200. It’s a bit absurd to spend that on sun glasses which is why I’m happy to get them off the back of a truck, or wholesale as it’s graciously put. So I spent a whopping $30 on a $1,200 pair of glasses that I really do use on a regular basis. As of right now they’re my only GOOD pair so I make it a point to take very good care of them. They’re dark enough to block out he sun but still bright enough so I can see the road while I’m driving.

So today I came across a new resource that I want to share, it gives you the option of buying Wholesale Replica Sunglasses without the corporate prices behind the originals. I don’t by replica’s, I get the vendor charge backs. Why? When it comes to glasses and purses that cost more than cars (in some cases) the attention to detail is absolutely important. So if there’s one little fray on the band or if there’s a very tiny scratch on the screen that the average consumer wouldn’t even notice, it’s typically shipped out to somewhere else. China town always winds up getting it though, you also have to factor in that 99% of the time the glasses were manufactured there too.

So you can pick up Replica Sunglasses by going to ctswholesalesunglasses.com. There are thousands of brands to look through and you can compare them to the original brands as well so you can be sure they’re the ones you want. I like the big round glasses that cover my entire eye so naturally that’s where I look first. They’re typically D&G (Dolce & Gabbana) so that’s where I tend to look first when it comes to Wholesale Sunglasses. Unfortunately the pair I own isn’t currently on the site but there are so many other brands to choose from that it really doesn’t matter.

If you’re at all interested in anything they have to offer, I really suggest looking into them.

I’ve been floating around on feelgoodwatches.com. I found them a few days ago but they have a lot of nice looking watches that I’ll never afford. There’s all kinds of different vendors to look through, I’ve been focusing around the patek phillipe watches, because they’re pretty nice looking and how could you not float around a page when there’s watches that cost up to $94,000! I think patek philippe may be a little too expensive for my taste but if I ever get to the point where I’m willing to buy a man an expensive watch then hopefully I have a few million in the bank so I could explain that purchase. I don’t see the point in spending more money on a watch than most people would spend on a car but I guess if you truly have that kind of money to mindlessly throw around then taking the route of buying a patek watch is the way to go.

The sad thing in all of this, from my financial stand point at least, is the fact that people will actually pay much more than this just to check the time. I’m very happy with my $5 watch from Walmart, it has a great battery life and it’s a simple looking silver with a pale pink face. Now, that’s because I can afford it. If you compare someones $100 million dollar bank account to my $5,000 one, then something tells me it’s the financial equivalent of the $94,000 watch. If you look at it in percentages, it makes more sense.

So I’ve been a little busy over the past few days, I’ve been going through a lot of resources in relation to getting myself a new car. The Baretta that I’m currently driving is Sean’s car and considering it’s a ‘95, there are many issues with it and I’m confident that the car won’t last much longer. My only dilemma at the moment is the fact that I’m currently paying off a personal loan that’s costing me about $200 a month, hosting is costing me about $100 (out of pocket due to client loss) and my credit card will run about $50 a month depending on how often I use it. I rarely do because there’s only a $500 limit on it at the moment but I’m confident that with maintaining my payments in a timely manor that I’ll be able to get that up to about $2,000. Even though I’ve been very good at creating credit for myself, I’m still checking in on my Free Credit Report so that I can make sure I’m doing everything properly.

I’d like to find out some more information as far as auto loans are concerned, I’m sure that if I can get myself to where I can maybe refinance my current loan with HSBC, maybe I can get that extra $8,000 that I need for the car that I so desperately want. The sites I float through do help me out but a lot of them house more information on where you can Compare Credit Cards and read about Secured Credit Cards. I consider myself lucky whenever I find something about Auto Loans. I know that they’re pretty high interest though, maybe I’ll get lucky and a big job will come in. I’m still crossing my fingers with it, I’ll tell you that much.

With recent Google issues I’ve found myself looking into other means to get my name out there to bring in some more money to replace what I’ve lost through blogging. While it’s a substantial amount of money, I’m naturally looking into more extreme methods. Sure, I can throw a few of my business cards up onto any tack-board I find but that doesn’t always bring in the best results. Business cards are a great route to take but I’ve actually been looking into Printing Services.

Now, I design everything from business logo’s to brochures. I finally had a light-bulb moment when I realized that I could start doing this for myself and maybe get it to take off. Unfortunately I don’t have a lot of money to spend, thanks to Google of course, so I’ve looked into more inexpensive routes like Cheap Brochure Printing. Some of the previous companies that I’ve looked into are charging up to $10 per unit. Now, if I want 100 units printed up that means I’m going to have to spend $1,000 that I just do not have right now. But looking into this particular Brochure Printing company, wholesaleprintingdirect.com, I was able to find that a very colorful z-fold set of 250 is only going to cost me $322. Now, this is an 8.5×11 print-out with up to 4 colors, not many people are going to go that extreme but at least I know they’re charging me by the bulk and not by the unit.

The cool thing is you aren’t limited to Brochures with this company, they also offer Newsletters, Posters, Business Cards, Postcards, Door hangers, Catalogs, Folders and even Stationary. I have to say that I’ll definitely consider using this company when I get around to finishing up with the files.

It’s my hope to find a job with a reputable company down here, it’s not just about the money because even though things are tight this month, Sean and I do make a decent income to be able to support ourselves. The bank, however, doesn’t see it that way. Since we’re stay-at-home workers we’re considered a “risk” and they won’t approve us for anything, even with taxes being filed on time every year.

We’re working on two different things right now, a loan to buy a car and pay off the first loan (refinance) and then a mortgage somewhere down the line so we can get out of here and get our own place. We wanted to rent first but with Bella and our desire to just have things the way we want them, we’d be better off just getting our own place on our own land. You know?

Unfortunately my Google searches for more information haven’t helped me very much, I type in Delaware but find links for sites like Idaho mortgage refinance and Utah mortgage loan. This doesn’t mean that their main site (strategic-refinance.com) didn’t help me out, but I’m not really looking to refinance, I’m looking to just have a big chunk of change fall into my lap so that I can get myself out of debt and buy a car and maybe even put a down payment on a house sometime over the course of the next year. I don’t know how well things are going to go when Sean finally gets to launch the site he’s been working on for the last two years, but I do hope that his income and mine both at least double over the course of the next few months or I really don’t know what we’re going to do.

Sean’s aunt came down to visit last week and she’s coming back down this weekend because she’s on a mission. She’s having trouble holding onto her house in New York (as many people nation wide currently are), so she’s looking to purchase a house down here to hopefully escape the extravagant cost of living in New York. There have also been quite a few other topics that have come up during the term of her search. While she’s dead-set on moving to Delaware, Sean and I have also been thinking about other options for her, a big list of every-possible place out there: San Francisco Real Estate, Houston Real Estate, Austin Real Estate and lord knows what else. We’re only this imaginative because we’re looking into our own affordable options. I can’t tell you how many applications and resumes I’ve submitted over the course of the last few days. I just hope that my interview tomorrow at least gets me in the door to work for some place decent. It’s a retail position but any money is good money at this point in time.

Okay, so as I noted in the title – there is an experiment going on. How much money could two 23 year-olds make working odd and end jobs for numerous different people? At the same time the need for $1000 a month to just pay the bills takes a chunk out of any and all earnings available. But say you do reach your goals. Where would you finally hang your hat? Would you stay in the same town you currently live in because you like the environment, or do you move out of state to start your life with the one you love and no outside influence?
