I’ve been looking into phone cards for my friend. She’s been running up phone bills long enough and decided that for her long-distance calls she’d rather just pick up a phone card and go from there. She’s unfortunate enough to not have long distance calling on her home phone, she’s with Verizon and doesn’t realize that just upgrading to a different plan she can spend $65 a month on local and long distance as opposed to the $250 a month that she’s behind with due to the long distance calls to friends, family and even businesses around the country. She does make a lot of calls to Canada as well, I know that Optimum Voice offers local and long distance. Canada as well as Puerto Rico are typically included.
