When I first started AGN Solutions I never dreamed that it would get as big as it has. I have many clients and I am thinking of adding phone support. The problem with that is that I am not always at the phone, even if I put phone support hours, there is no guarantee that I would be there the entire time. That is why I have been thinking about hiring an Answering Service. With an answering service I can have real people take my messages and not have to rely on a machine for my clients to talk to. Having Answering Services also allows me to compete with some of the bigger hosting companies, some of which don’t offer any phone support at all so I would be a step above the rest. If I wanted to outsource the support I could even train them and give them some permissions on my server so that they can help people reset their passwords and other services that I normally do myself.
